We can only exchange an item that is damaged from our end or in bad condition. We allow 14 days from delivery date for any changes to be made.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will be automatically starting your order on your original payment method.
